Prep
- Start with clean, dry nails.
- Push your cuticles back.
- Lightly buff the surface of your natural nails.
- Wipe with the alcohol pad and let dry.
Apply
- Pick the size that fits each finger.
- Apply gel glue or an adhesive tab.
- Press firmly and hold for 15 seconds.
Remove
- Soak fingertips in warm soapy water.
- Gently lift, never pull.
- Store them to reuse 3-4 times.
